Who we are
QERA is a Brisbane-based NDIS provider delivering Support Services and Support Coordination across Queensland.
We are a small team by design. This allows us to build genuine relationships, respond quickly and provide a more consistent experience. You should know who is supporting you, feel comfortable asking questions and trust that the people involved understand your goals.
At QERA, every person is treated with dignity, respect and care. Your circumstances may be complex, but your experience with us should feel clear, calm and human.
Why we do this
We believe good disability support begins with listening.
Every person has different goals, strengths, preferences and responsibilities. Support should respond to those differences — not ask people to fit into a standard system.
Our mission is to provide dependable, person-centred support that strengthens choice, independence and confidence. We want participants and their families to feel informed, respected and supported at every stage.
Our goal is not simply to deliver services. It is to help each person build a life that reflects what matters to them.
How we work
- We listen first. We learn about the person, not just the information written in their plan.
- We respect choice and control. Participants are involved in decisions about their supports and how those supports are delivered.
- We communicate directly. Questions go to people who understand the situation and can provide a useful answer.
- We value consistency. Wherever possible, participants work with the same coordinator or support workers over time.
- We act with honesty. We set realistic expectations and will say when a service is not suitable or something cannot be delivered safely.
- We support independence. Our aim is to build confidence and capacity, not create unnecessary dependence.
- We remain accountable. We welcome feedback, follow through on commitments and keep looking for ways to improve.
Our registration
QERA is a registered NDIS provider.

Supported Independent Living is not currently available. QERA is completing the required registration process and will only begin offering this service after approval has been confirmed.
